If it is to change, then go ahead, do it naturally and slowly.

Feeling hungry? Have a major craving?

If you aren’t hungry enough to eat an apple, then you aren’t hungry. 

If you are having a craving but know that it isn’t good, like let’s say ice cream? Beat the craving! Don’t succumb, grab a bottle of water and eat an apple! You will feel satisfied and your body will thank you.

Later on in the week plan a night where you can go out and enjoy that ice cream cone, just do it on YOUR terms, not because of a craving!

Oh oh oh, the lady with the red hair and the jaw dropping body? Christina Hendricks…you may know her from Mad Men?

She is fabulous and in every way she is an example of women should embrace about their bodies, even if they don’t have the same build Christina has, but especially if they do.

She may be over talking about her body which, I honor her for because at first it must be a celebration of who you are but then I am sure it gets old, but I must recognize her radiance. 

She has a body shape that I would have assumed women would want to stray from.

I discovered Christina recently so I had already become comfortable with who I am and will become physically so when I saw her on the run way I thought, “Now thats one beautiful, show stopping woman." I would be happy to feel as womanly as Christina must feel, her body looks amazing and it isn’t what the media would portray as current beauty. I love, love, love it. 

In an interview with Health magazine she commented on women finding her to be one of the most attractive in the buisiness.

Q: Many women have said they consider your body one they admire or want the most. What do you think of all that body love?
A: Really? They don’t say Jessica Alba? ‘Cause that’s what I say! [Laughs.] It’s such a compliment, because of all those times I had agents who were like, ‘You have to lose some weight,’ and all of a sudden, people are celebrating it. It’s like: ‘Oh, thank you! Thank you for letting me be me.’

I urge you to feel as comfortable in your own skin as you can, because it is a confident woman in any body shape that makes themselves seem as glowing and inviting as any of the women highlighted this week. 

Being an everyday gal doesn’t meant that we aren’t runway fabulous, because as I pointed out, the runway meets all kinds of lovely ladies of all shapes and sizes.
